Bryan Jewelers offers a 15 day money back guarantee less shipping costs on all non special orders.  All of our rings are made in a stock size and can be resized down to a 4 or up to a 8 easily, that is why we recommend that you order in a stock size and for any reason you can return within our 15 day return policy. We will gladly size ring free of charge but once a ring is sized this is a special order and not returnable.

Returns
Within 15 days of receipt of your purchase if you are not satisfied, just email us or call  for a return authorization number to be placed on the outside of the box, then pack everything that came with the purchase into the box. We will give you an address where to ship. For your protection please insure the package for the full amount of the sale. We cannot be held reponsible for lost packages.
